
Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful way to stay active during your pregnancy, while preparing your body for labor and delivery. We combine breathing exercises, movement, meditation, relaxation and education about childbirth and your changing body, to help you discover your inner wisdom as a woman and prepare you to birth with confidence and peace. Classes are taught by Anna Starikov of Blossoming Yogis, a Registered Yoga Teacher with specialized training in Prenatal Yoga, at Yoga Studio Be on Saturday mornings at 10 am and Wednesday nights at 7 pm. No yoga experience necessary. View full schedule.

Drop In - $18
5-Class Pass (valid for 2 months) - $75
10-Class Pass (valid for 3 months) - $140
20-Class Pass (valid for 6 months) - $260
Unlimited Classes (valid for 1 month) - $150
Please note that if you have your baby and you still have classes left on your pass, the Studio can put a hold on your pass so that you can apply those classes to a New Moms class or a regular Yoga class after the baby is born. Just call the studio to let us know.
